Back a watertight workshop, we have taken on a couple of projects a little closer to home. Both destined for a beautiful ancient manoir not far from here. The house is such a rare example of its kind and in an amazing original state, we couldn’t resist being part of bringing it to life again as the new home of our clients. So the first make was an arched double glazed window for the kitchen and the second, a kitchen island in a Shaker style. We have loved working on something so different from usual. This is the best part of making bespoke furniture, there is always something totally unique waiting to be made. Our deadline is only a couple of days away, but I couldn’t resist posting a few pictures of progress so far.
