The only downside of Makers Bespoke Furniture is that, having experienced the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture, it's difficult to go back to shopping on the High Street - nothing compares.

If you are....seeking reassurance about Makers Bespoke Furniture especially its products, pricing and support during the ordering process. Rest assured! We took a leap in the dark having viewed the website by asking Elizabeth and Ezra whether it was feasible to order a larger than normal table (to be not just a dining table to seat 10 when required but also a family ‘everything else’ table). The response was quick, detailed and supportive....Elizabeth sent drawings to help us confirm the size of table. Ordering was simple, the payment process easy and follow on support emails whilst the piece was being crafted, including photos, kept us abreast of progress. A tantalising photograph of the finished table dropped into our in box prior to loading in France and transporting to Norfolk....It is a superb piece, met all our expectations and is much admired....I have no hesitation in giving an emphatic recommendation. Absolutely delighted with the oak dining table and matching chairs, not to mention the customer service! The whole process was a delight start to finish. I asked for some small customizations — a couple of thin drawers for cutlery and some extra head support for the chairs — and nevertheless the order was ready well in advance of the estimated date. The attention to detail throughout, from regular progress photos as the table was being built to the use of rugs to cushion the chairs so the lift wouldn’t scratch them (!) when delivering, was just brilliant. Five stars all around.

From our initial contact with Makers, it was clear that they fully understood what we wanted, and focused on providing us with exactly that. We were cautious about ordering such an integral part of our home (8 seater table for the kitchen) without setting eyes on it, but the reality lived up to our expectations and beyond.
