Bespoke Table Photos in Customer Homes
As an online business making bespoke tables, photos of our product are invaluable. Working mostly at my desk, I don’t often get to meet our customers in person. Our oak dining tables can take up to 12 weeks to make from order confirmation to delivery. But within that time, I do get to build a rapport with each client. Some customers will need quite a bit of time spent with them, especially if we are making something to a new design. Others will know exactly what they want and so need very little interaction. But for every customer, I will always try and take progress photos of their particular project to make them included in the process as well.
France & UK Delivery
Where we can, we like to personally deliver our dining tables. We deliver to the UK and within France and will oversee every aspect of the installation of your handmade table. Our dining tables are very solid by nature, so this is no mean feat. We are sometimes able to take pictures ourselves at delivery, but quite often we are on a schedule, needing to leave for the next client.
Client Feedback after Delivery
So we are utterly delighted when clients come back to us after delivery with a photo or two of their table in situ. I always ask for a testimonial from our customers and these are always pretty special too. But a bespoke table photo is icing on the cake. You can see some of them used on our product pages. This is really useful for potential clients to be able to visualise them in actual homes. And because I don’t get to go on delivery, it is always lovely for me to finally get a sneaky peak into some of the wonderful dining rooms and kitchens of our clients.
